Angie Harmon is an American actress and model, who has appeared in number of television and films through time. She began as a model but after she gained international recognition she decided to take on acting. In 1995, she started acting in the television series "Baywatch Nights". Also, she does voice-acting as well as voice-overs. Harmon stopped appearing in TV shows and turned her attention to films in the early 2000s. After a brief appearance in a couple of films and a few TV shows, she returned to acting in television series. She was among of a handful of actresses who posed discreetly naked in 'Allure Magazine'. Her major work has been in the role of the detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series "Rizzoli & Isles'. The show was praised for her detective role and won accolades. Angie Harmon is nominated and given an award for exceptional work.
